Head to the Shrine of Resurrection and return the Sheikah Slate to its terminal.
The One-Hit Obliterator, as the name suggests, can defeat enemies in one-hit. However, the wielder will also be defeated in one hit. Defeat the monsters at the locations marked on the map within the Great Plateau.
If you wish to quit this trial, simply leave the Great Plateau. The weapon will leave your hands and return to the Shrine of Resurrection.
There are four monster bases remaining.

You completed the trials of the Great Plateau! After conquering the last shrine, the One-Hit Obliterator split into four glowing orbs and scattered to different parts of Hyrule.

Defeat the Molduking boss west of Kass, on the eastern edge of the Gerudo desert.
Defeating the Muldoking opens up the Big or Small – Keive Tala Shrine

Steal a sand seal from Gerudo town, and head northwest. You will see an isolated blue circle in the desert. Follow the series of blue circles to unlock the Takema Shiri Shrine.

Travel to the Yiga Clan Hideout, north of the Gerudo Tower. There is a huge hole in the ground, this is your goal line. Sneak into the hideout, avoid the guards, and on the second level of the only room with guards is a glowing orb. Sneak back outside with the orb and throw it into the giant pit.

To complete this, you need to shoot Dinraal’s horn as he flies through the canyon. Not just any part of the canyon will do unfortunately. Dinraal’s horns will glow blue when you can actually complete this challenge. Use the updraft to fly over Dinraal and shoot his horn.

Trial 2, race down a peak rings adorn
South of Hebra Peak, just outside the Goma Asaagh Shrine, is a blue gate. Shield surf through the chain of blue gates to unlock the next shrine.
Master The Orb – Kiah Toza Shrine
Champion Revali’s Trial 3 Location
Travel to the Flight Range, and hit four targets in a single slo-mo. Using a bow that has Quick Shot is your best bet.
The Four Winds – Noe Rajee Shrine

On the eastern coast, fast travel to Ke’nai Shakah Shrine. Head towards Ankel Island, and you will see a fire and a few NPCs watching the water. Rest by the campfire till morning, and further east in the water between Ankel and Knuckel island you will see a blue half circle. Glide over to the circle to unlock Kee Dafunia Shrine.

Head to Upload Zorana, northwest of Zora’s Domain. Kill all the Guardian’s you see!
Support and Guidance – Sato Koda Shrine
Champion Mihpa’s Trial #3 Location
Head to the base of Mikau Lake, just east of Zora’s Domain, and swim through the blue gates.
Secret Stairway – Mah Eliya Shrine

Head to Death Mountain, northwest of the Divine Beast Vah Rudania and kill the flame talus hanging out in the lava.
Moving Targets – Kamia Omuna Shrine

Fast travel to Divine Beast Vah Rudania and look southwest to see the first blue gate.
